We ship using the fastest and most cost effective options available. Prices change daily, but we generally use USPS or UPS.

We try our very best to process your order the same day you purchase, but sometimes aren't as "on the ball" as we'd like to be! Please grant us some grace to process your order within 3 business days and you will receive a tracking email with your shipment details (generally 1-8 days for shipping with USPS & UPS carriers).

Returns + Exchanges

We get new items weekly, so you can find something new if your purchase doesn’t work out!

Items must be UN-WORN, UN-WASHED, with TAGS STILL ATTACHED to be returned/exchanged.

Returns + Exchanges will be accepted within 10 days of purchase for a full refund in the form of payment.

Purchases may be returned/exchanged through the mail using the carrier of YOUR choice.

Yes! NavyOaks is now refunding you in the form of payment instead of store credit! We know you work hard for your dollars, and want to thank you for choosing to spend them by supporting our small business.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

*Please note, your refund will not happen the same day your return is delivered.  Items must be inspected, sorted, and processed.
